You bring a decision you're actually facing. We work through building three scenarios together, testing assumptions, and finding where your model might break down.
Refinement and Stress Testing
We take your models and push them. What happens if revenue drops 15%? If costs spike? You learn to build in contingencies that reflect real business conditions.
Independent Practice
By the final month, you're building scenarios on your own. We review them, point out weak spots, and help you develop the judgment to know when a model is ready to guide a decision.
