Three Scenarios Every Business Faces

When I first started teaching scenario work, people expected Monte Carlo simulations. But what they needed was simpler — ways to test ideas before spending money.

Expansion Testing

You're thinking about hiring two people or opening another location. We model both scenarios with your actual numbers to see which path holds up under pressure.

Pricing Adjustments

Raise prices by 8% and lose some customers, or keep them steady and squeeze margins? We build models that show you the break-even point for each choice.

Investment Decisions

Should you buy that equipment now or wait six months? Our scenario models compare cash flow impacts across different timing options with realistic assumptions.

We Start With Your Questions

Most courses begin with theory. I start by asking what decision you're trying to make. Then we build the model around that specific question. You learn the techniques as you go — no abstract exercises that you'll forget next week.

Models That Handle Uncertainty

Real scenarios include variables you can't control. Our approach teaches you to build ranges instead of single predictions. You'll learn to model best case, likely case, and trouble scenarios so you can plan for all three.

Lead Instructor

I spent twelve years building financial models for mid-sized businesses across Southeast Asia. Now I show people how to do it themselves without the consulting fees.

After working in venture analysis, I realized most businesses just need clearer ways to compare their options. That's what we focus on in every session.

How the Program Flows

1

Foundation Month

We cover the basics of scenario structure and teach you to identify which variables actually matter in your decisions. No fluff about financial theory — just practical model building.

2

Building Real Scenarios

You bring a decision you're actually facing. We work through building three scenarios together, testing assumptions, and finding where your model might break down.

3

Refinement and Stress Testing

We take your models and push them. What happens if revenue drops 15%? If costs spike? You learn to build in contingencies that reflect real business conditions.

4

Independent Practice

By the final month, you're building scenarios on your own. We review them, point out weak spots, and help you develop the judgment to know when a model is ready to guide a decision.

Programs Start October 2025

We keep cohorts small so everyone gets direct feedback on their models. If you want to join the autumn session, reach out before slots fill.
